Consultant Basic Qualifications :

1. At least 30 years of age or older.
2. At least a diploma or a degree of higher education.
3. At least 10 years of verifiable employment history in security related industries.
4. Clean records and no criminal convictions.
5. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Malay and English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
6. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
7. Passed MaxPro rigorous security interview.

Security Personnel Basic Qualifications :
Our security personnel come from pool of expert and experienced security companies in the country. Each and every personnel will be vetted and screened by our consultants to ensure the highest standard and performance. Thus, you can be assured of the quality of security personnel and focus more on your business activities.

1. At least 18 years of age or older.
2. At least completed high school SPM.
3. Clean records and no criminal convictions.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Malay language for the purpose of public interaction.
5. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
6. Attended at least basic security training.
7. Passed MaxPro rigorous security interview.

All security personnel serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions; detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, client or employees at the site. They will report all incidents, accidents or medical emergencies and respond to emergencies, such as medical and bomb threats; and to alarms, such as fire and intrusion by following emergency response proceedings.
